Synopsis: | This is the story of West Indian youths living in London. Blue, the protagonist, prepares for an upcoming sound system competition in his Rastafarian community. Blue's love of music is one of the few positive outlets in his life in working-class London. But in an environment in which he experiences the racism, violence and hatred of white people, it is increasingly difficult for him to keep up his optimism. | |
