Synopsis:This two-part television drama tells the story of two Asian families, one Hindu, one Muslim. Through economic dependencies on the one hand and misunderstandings and conflicts between the younger and the older generation on the other, the TV play addresses the diversity among Britain's Asian communities. The production also focuses on guilt and love/hate relationships as well as on entrepreneurship and Asian popular music and club culture.
