| Synopsis: | This TV drama is set in the Asian communities of Accrington and Manchester. Shikha, a 17-year-old Bengali girl, is the oldest of three daughters in a patriarchal family. Her father expects her to enter university and become a doctor. He feels betrayed by his daughter when she is seen together with her Muslim boyfriend.
