Synopsis: | Two sailors take up their life again after their ship docked at the Pool of London. One of them, Dan, is involved in a bit of smuggling, just for the fun of it. But the fun is over when he gets mixed up with a gang of jewel thieves who frame others for their criminal deeds. In addition, Dan has to extricate his friend, Johnny, who is charged with murder. This film was one of the first in Britain to show a romance between a black man and a white woman. | |
